ODBC Database

Email Sender Deluxe supports retrieving recipients from all databases that support ODBC connections. You can import recipients from ODBC System and User data source or file data source databases registered on your computer.

To create an ODBC data source you can use within the program, click on the "Open Manager" button to open the Windows ODBC Data Source Administrator where you can manager these sources. Then choose the ODBC data source in Email Sender Deluxe.

After this you have to either choose which database table that contains the recipients or a SQL script used to retrieve the recipients.

Note: The recipients are not actually added to the recipient group itself and saved when importing from a database. They rely on the database you chose, and are always retrieved from the database. This makes it possible to always extract the newest version of the recipients from your database.

To refresh the recipient groups you've chosen and retrieve the latest recipients after you've chosen the recipient groups, you can click on the blue "refresh" icon next to the "To email groups" field on the main window.
